Background: Genevieve was promised to the heir (King) of the Glade when she was young and she fulfilled that promise and married as soon as she came of a suitable age. She is said to be a bit cold and unfeeling, she does love her children, but it is not the elven way to be demonstrative with them, and she placed barriers around her heart when she found out that her mate was incapable of loving her as his heart belonged to another. She did not marry for love, hers was an arranged union, but she was young and impressionable when mated and hoped to find love in her union. Love in her union was not to come to pass, although she does love the lifestyle she is provided by her mate.

Relationships: She is married to the King and has three children by him,  Koehlon is her eldest and the heir to the Glade. We haven't found out much about the other two yet.
